- Lead the operations of the East Gippsland Mental Health and Wellbeing Local across Bairnsdale and Orbost
n
- Lead a multidisciplinary team across clinical, psychosocial, and lived experience disciplines
n
- Balance operational leadership with service development, quality improvement, and future planning
n
- Work with consortium partners and the local community to keep services accessible, responsive, and grounded in local needs
n
- Shape delivery of mental health and wellbeing support across East Gippsland
n
- Support a community-led service for people aged 26 years and over experiencing mental health challenges, including co-occurring substance use or addiction needs
n

Requirements

n

n
- Demonstrated senior leadership experience in mental health, wellbeing, or a similar setting
n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Allied Health, Nursing, Psychology, or another mental health-related field
n
- AHPRA registration where applicable
n
- Ability to lead and support a diverse team across clinical, psychosocial, and lived experience practice areas
n
- Strong skills in partnership development, data-informed decision making, and continuous improvement practices
n
- Team-oriented approach focused on safety, quality, and accountability
n
- Satisfactory National Police Check
n




- Working with Children Check
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to undertake NDIS Workers Orientation module completion certificate
n
