About the Role

This is not a role where you simply manage a roster and open and close the doors. This is your opportunity to take ownership of a high-volume convenience store, build a strong team and drive performance across sales, customer service and operations.

Working a Monday to Friday roster, you will have the freedom to lead your store like your own business while being rewarded for the results you achieve.

What You Will Do

n

n
- Take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of a busy convenience store
n
- Lead, coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
n
- Drive sales, control wages and maximise store profitability
n
- Manage inventory, stock control, ordering and merchandising standards
n
- Ensure compliance across food safety, safety and operational procedures
n
- Recruit, train and develop team members to build a high-performing culture
n
- Analyse reports and implement action plans to improve store results
n
- Create a positive,



accountable and customer-focused team environment

What You Will Bring

n

n
- Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager or Assistant Manager ready to step up
n
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs, wages and sales performance
n
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
n
- Confidence managing a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
n
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing demands
n
- Experience within convenience, fuel, supermarket, quick service or high-volume retail will be highly regarded
n
