About The Role
n
If you're passionate about making an impact to our members and patients, we have an exciting opening for a Patient Experience Consultant to work across our Health Services appointment centre based at Pirie Street.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
- Act as a first point of contact for all customer enquiries in a professional manner
n
- Schedule and manage appointments across dental and optical services
n
- Process transaction payments and basic billing accurately and efficiently
n
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and a solutions-focused approach
n
- Maintain accurate records and ensure patient confidentiality at all times
n
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient journeys
n
n
About You
n
If you're experienced in customer service and administration with a passion for health then we want to hear from you!
n
n
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role in a healthcare setting
n
- Comfortable working with appointments and billing systems.
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Ability to manage high call volumes and remain calm under pressure
n
- Strong problem solving skills and high attention to detail
n
- Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
n

You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident at the time of submitting your application and hold a current satisfactory National Police Clearance (within 3 months) and Working with Childrens Check or be willing to obtain prior to commencement.
