About the role
As a Customer Fulfilment Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers through some of the most important moments in their banking journey.
Working behind the scenes, you’ll ensure onboarding, lending settlements, and funding activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with regulatory requirements.
You’ll collaborate closely with frontline teams, lenders, and external partners to remove friction and deliver seamless customer experiences. This role suits someone who enjoys structure and detail, but also values teamwork and customer outcomes.
This is a full-time permanent position based at our Head Office in Albury, NSW. If you are situated outside of this area, please expand on whether you are looking to relocate. Flexible working arrangements, such as Working from Home are available when residing in the Albury area.
What you can expect
- Support customers through onboarding by completing identity checks and account set-up, ensuring everything is accurate and stress-free
- Process lending settlements and funding activities with care, precision, and a robust focus on customer outcomes
- Collaborate closely with lenders, contact centres, and external partners to keep things moving and resolve issues quickly
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy, privacy, and compliance when handling customer information
- Look for ways to improve processes and workflows, helping make banking simpler and smoother for our customers
About you To be successful in the role, you will:
- Have experience in banking administration, settlements, conveyancing, or a similar environment
- Enjoy working with detail, structure, and clear processes
- Be confident communicating with internal teams and external partners
- Take ownership of your work and enjoy seeing tasks through to completion
- Bring a customer-first mindset and a positive, solutions-focused attitude

Our process
- Once the role is closed, we review all applications against the requirements, creating a shortlist for further review.
- If your application is successful, you may receive an initial screening call to further assess your suitability, before being invited to an interview.
- We conduct two rounds of interviews, with the first interview being held with the reporting manager and a member of our People Team. You may be invited back to a shorter second-round interview with the head of the department.
- The final stage is to complete some quick compliance checks, before (hopefully) receiving an offer.
