About the role

You will be responsible for welcoming customers at the airport and providing a smooth and professional car rental experience from pick-up to return.

Key responsibilities

- Welcoming customers and managing vehicle pick-ups and returns

- Processing rental agreements and payments

- Explaining rental conditions and vehicle information

- Checking vehicles and reporting any damage

- Preparing vehicles for the next customer

- Providing excellent customer service

- General branch and airport operational duties

About you

- Has excellent customer service skills

- Is confident, friendly and professional

- Has good attention to detail

- Can work independently and as part of a small team

- Is comfortable working weekends on a rotating basis

- Holds a current Australian driver's licence

- Previous car rental, tourism, hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage, but training will be provided
