What you’ll be doing

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are quite the same. You’ll be:

- Welcoming patients and creating a warm, friendly experience
- Answering phones and managing patient enquiries
- Supporting our chiropractors and clinical team
- Helping patients understand and engage with their care




- Managing appointments, payments and day-to-day front desk tasks
- Completing administration and back-office tasks
- Keeping the practice organised, positive and running smoothly
- Working as part of a close-knit team to deliver an exceptional patient experience

Who are we looking for?

You’ll ideally be

- Highly organised and able to juggle multiple tasks
- Reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
- Confident with technology and quick to learn new systems

- Passionate about health, wellness and helping others

Most importantly, we’re looking for the right person — someone who wants to become part of our team, not simply fill a roster.

⏰ Your availability is important

This is a permanent part-time position of approximately 28 hours per week. The successful applicant must be available for the following shifts:

Monday: 7:30am – 1:30pm

Tuesday:



2:00pm – 7:00pm

Wednesday: 1:00pm – 7:00pm

Thursday: 7:30am – 12:30pm

Friday: 2:00pm – 7:00pm
