6 Casual Roles – 2-3 days per week on site

The Customer Service Officer role is suited to someone who works well in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Working at the forefront of customer interactions, the Customer Service Officer will learn a broad range of processes across Allied Credit’s products and contribute to process improvements that support better business and customer outcomes.
What you will be doing
- Supporting the Customer Service function with administrative duties to allow the phone-based staff to focus on customer engagement.
- Responding to written correspondence received from customers or the dealer network.
- Managing inbound calls relating to a range of customer enquiries while delivering an exceptional experience for customers.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to effectively support consumer and commercial customers.
- Taking ownership of complex matters and participating in change implementation activities.
- Contributing to the success of the wider Operations team by supporting other areas from time to time.
Your background
- You are currently undertaking a tertiary qualification at Macquarie University and have at least 12 months remaining until completion.
- Your studies or personal interests will ideally be related to finance or banking.
- Experience working in a contact centre, hospitality, retail or other customer-facing role would be highly valued.
- You will be someone who has excellent listening skills, is able to follow instructions and be a reliable and punctual employee.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory.
