Kal Tire Mining Tire Group Australia is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Kalgoorlie team. You’ll work for a company that values recognition, development, and a supportive, collaborative work environment.

About the Position

This role is central to our operations, supporting the Branch Manager and Business Development Managers in delivering exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. You’ll manage customer enquiries, quotations, order processing, logistics coordination, invoicing, and reporting, ensuring the smooth running of our sales and service operations.

Key responsibilities include

- Managing and administrating customer service requests and enquiries across your region.
- Supporting sales activities, quotations, and customer communications.
- Coordinating orders, logistics, invoicing, and non-stock purchases.
- Administering customer portals and Dynamics WIP/day-end processes.
- Providing reporting on sales, stock movements, procurement, and logistics.




- Supporting work-in-progress updates and revenue forecasting.
- Ensuring compliance with Kal Tire’s Safety Management System and internal administration standards.

This is a full-time Monday-Friday role based in Kalgoorlie, with occasional travel to meet customers.

About You:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in internal sales, business administration, or product support (tyre and rim knowledge preferred but not essential)
- Strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Secondary education or equivalent
- Ability to travel occasionally with Branch Manager and Business Development Managers
