Italian restaurant in Hoxton Park is seeking experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Being first point of contact, key responsibilites are:-

- Answering incoming calls promptly and coursteously
- Process takeaway and delivery orders accurately
- Manage reservations in the booking system
- Handle enquiries and collect key details to pass onto management
- Support general administration and front of house as needed

About you:-
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner
- Reliable, friendly, confident and qualified
- Strong attention to detail and calm under pressure
- Computer literate
- Hospitality experience advantageous

Our expectation is that this role set the tone for every guest interaction. We value warmth, accuracy and a positive attitude.

This is an evening position and you will be required to work Friday and Saturdays. Casual hours available.

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
