Platinum Glass and Security is a local business that specialises in Prowler Proof Security Doors & Screens, Shower Screen supply/installation & 24hour Glass Replacement.

Platinum Glass and Security prides itself on servicing our local area with an extremely high level of service.

The Role

- Build and maintain strong sales and customer service relationships with new and existing customers.
- Accurate and appropriate product selection based on customer requirements, relevant standards and specifications.
- Accurate and timely creation of quotations and Invoicing orders using ServiceM8.
- Prior experience with ServiceM8 software is preferred but not required.
- Daily management and update of ServiceM8
- Follow up all customer enquiries to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities in store.
- Provide exceptional customer service, face to face in store, over the phone and email.
- Job Scheduling using ServiceM8.
- Daily Cash handling, processing payments & operating EFTPOS machine




- High volume of data entries (ServiceM8)
- General Ad hoc duties

To be successful in this position you will have:

- Experience within the Glass/ Building industry.
- Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks in a busy demanding setting.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Advanced general computer skills is essential.
- Obtain a current Qld Police Check.
