We are seeking solid performers who are reliable and resiliant to work for this company leader located in Macquarie Park. The role will start on a temp basis with the view to turn perm within a 6 mth period of time.

This role includes:

- Handling inbound and outbound phone calls – providing exceptional service to patients, clinics, and hospitals

- Performing accurate data entry into SAP

- Liaising with various internal teams – including sales, logistics, and warehousing

- Supporting order management and customer follow-ups

- Tracking orders and managing customer information

- Assisting with invoicing and geberal admin work

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in a customer support role, where you’ve chased orders would be a benefit

- Strong communication skills with a patient and empathetic approach

- Ability to work through a high volume of calls and adapt to change
- A background in the medical or healthcare industry is highly regarded

- Experience using SAP is essential
