The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional support, resolving enquiries, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction across the dealer network and customer base. As a key point of contact, you will play an important role in building strong relationships while contributing to the Care Contact Centre's commitment to industry-leading customer service.

Work from home on Mondays and Fridays!

Hours: 8am - 5:30pm - Early finish on Fridays!!

Payrate: $40p/h + Super

Key Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Manage all inbound customer enquiries across phone, email, social and multimedia platforms
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service and problem resolution
- Promote and uphold Customer Care standards within the dealership network
- Manage customer expectations and entitlements in line with Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
- Identify, investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Liaise with dealerships and internal teams including Sales, Service and Technical

About You:



To be successful in this opportunity, you will possess the following:

- Previous customer service experience (Preferably in the automotive industry)
- Ability to speak fluent Mandarin is an (advantage)
- 2- 4 years' experience in a customer service role
- The ability to multitask and work in a busy environment
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Salesforce, MS Office, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Great Attitude
