Licensed Customs Broker | Sydney

What You’ll Be Doing

- Preparing and completing customs clearances accurately and on time
- Reviewing goods and supporting information to confirm that the correct customs requirements are applied
- Helping customers understand what is needed to explicit their shipments
- Building trusted relationships with customers and internal teams
- Responding promptly and professionally to questions
- Resolving issues as they arise and keeping customers informed
- Maintaining accurate information in our business systems
- Working closely with colleagues to provide a smooth and reliable service
- Sharing your experience and knowledge with the Customs team
- Supporting general Customs operations when required

What You’ll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will have:




- A current Australian Customs Broker Licence
- Current Class 19.1 and 19.2 Biosecurity accreditation
- A strong commitment to accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Confidence working independently and collaboratively
- A customer-focused approach
- The ability to manage changing priorities
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- A genuine interest in developing your career with a stable global organisation
