Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to transform raw data into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making and business performance. The role involves collecting, cleaning, validating, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources. You will develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations, monitor key performance indicators, identify trends and patterns, and communicate actionable findings to stakeholders.
You will also help improve data quality, reporting processes, and analytical workflows. The ideal candidate combines solid quantitative and problem-solving skills with business awareness and can translate complex datasets into clear, practical recommendations. Curiosity, accuracy, structured thinking, and a strong data-driven mindset are essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, statistics, data visualization,
and analytical methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is advantageous.
- Ability to collect, clean, transform, validate, and analyze large or complex datasets.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with KPI development, dashboard creation, reporting, and performance measurement.
- Ability to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and relationships within data and translate them into actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- High attention to detail and strong commitment to data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Proactive, curious, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
