? The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support data collection, analysis, reporting, visualization, and business performance initiatives. You will work with different teams to transform raw data into meaningful insights that support everyday decision-making.
? Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, organize, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain dashboards, charts, and data visualizations.
- Monitor business KPIs and performance indicators.
- Use Excel and SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
- Assist with Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar analytics tools.
- Perform data-quality checks and investigate discrepancies.
- Translate analytical findings into explicit business recommendations.
- Support forecasting, trend analysis, and performance reporting.
- Maintain accurate data documentation and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales, IT, and other teams.
- Support improvements to data workflows and reporting systems.
- Present key findings and insights to relevant stakeholders.
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Understanding of data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence concepts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and SQL .
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, or similar tools is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to learn new analytical technologies and methodologies.
- Australian work eligibility is required.
