- Data Visualization & BI Tools: Hands-on experience developing interactive dashboards, reports, and visual stories using business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio.
- Advanced Spreadsheet Skills: Mastery of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, statistical calculations, and data validation) for rapid modeling and ad-hoc analysis.
- Data Wrangling & Scripting: Practical exposure to data manipulation libraries using Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) or R for automated data cleaning, processing, and visualization.
- Business Acumen & Metric Design: Ability to understand business goals, define clear KPIs, and translate high-level business queries into structured analytical workflows.
- Data Governance & Integrity: High attention to detail regarding data accuracy, handling missing or messy data gracefully, and maintaining strict data hygiene and confidentiality standards.
- Communication & Data Storytelling: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex analytical findings, explain technical methods, and present actionable recommendations clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Professional Attributes: Solid critical thinking skills, self-motivated curiosity, excellent time management, and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
