? We’re Hiring: Data Analyst (Entry / Junior)

? Level: Entry-Level to Junior

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated Data Analyst (Entry / Junior) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, identifying trends, creating reports, and transforming raw information into meaningful insights that support business decisions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data summaries.
- Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities within datasets.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze sales, customer, marketing, financial, and operational data.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance metrics.
- Create data visualizations, charts, graphs, and interactive dashboards.
- Use statistical and analytical techniques to support business decision-making.
- Assist senior analysts with research, forecasting, and analytical projects.
- Translate business requirements into data analysis and reporting solutions.
- Automate recurring reports and data preparation tasks where possible.
- Maintain data documentation, reporting processes, and analytical records.
- Present findings and insights clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations, IT, and other departments.
- Stay updated on data analytics tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

✅ Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics,



Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with limited professional experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of data analysis, statistics, and business intelligence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar visualization tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Python, R, or other analytical programming languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to interpret complex information and communicate findings clearly.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong willingness to learn new analytical tools and technologies.
