Westpac Group is seeking a Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact in the branch, delivering a welcoming and supportive experience. You will help customers with everyday banking questions and refer them to specialists for Home Loans or Business Banking.

This part time, 19.5-hour-per-week role covers Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Comprehensive training will be provided to build product knowledge and confidence in assisting customers with their financial needs.
