An established global cost management consultancy is continuing to grow its Brisbane team, with a strong pipeline of exciting projects across commercial, retail, aged care and senior living.

They're looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who wants more than just another cost plan - someone who enjoys being close to the client, influencing decisions and playing a genuine role in delivering major projects from feasibility through to completion.

THE ROLE

n

You'll work across the full project lifecycle, partnering with clients, developers, architects and contractors to provide strategic cost and commercial advice.

n

Your experience will span areas such as:

n

- Cash flow forecasting & financial reporting
n
- Variations, valuations & final accounts
n
- Benchmarking and investment analysis
n

n

This is a particularly strong prospect for someone with experience across:

Commercial | Retail | Aged Care | Senior Living | Health | Social Infrastructure | Workplace / Fitout

You'll have the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio rather than being pigeonholed into one sector.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

n

n
- 6+ years' Quantity Surveying / Cost Management experience
n
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar
n
- Strong cost planning and estimating capability
n
- Confident using CostX or similar software
n
- Experience across the full project lifecycle
n
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
n
- RICS or AIQS accreditation highly regarded
n
