Avina invites graduates to begin their Speech Pathology career with a structured 12-month Graduate Program, starting with a 9-week onboarding and a gradual caseload ramp-up. You'll be supported by experienced clinicians, senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams across community, clinic and telehealth settings.

You'll learn across areas such as speech assessment, AAC, mealtime management, and reporting, in a role that emphasises patient-centred practice and collaboration within an MDT.
