Mobile Tyre Shop is a national organisation experiencing strong growth and seeking aLogistics & Operations Coordinator to support the effective operation of our new Molendinar warehouse. This role suits an emerging leader with a solid operational background, ready to step up into broader responsibility.

Working closely with the State Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across logistics, warehousing, customer service and daily workflow management.

What You'll Do

n

Keep daily operations running smoothlyacross scheduling, workflow and resource allocation

n

Coordinate logisticsto ensure drivers hit every job on time

n

Managetyre inventory, stock levels and regular stocktakes

n

Work with suppliersand vendors to support seamless operations

n

Be the first point of contactfor customer enquiries and service issues

n

Maintainsafe, compliant branch operations

n

Prepare reports and identify opportunities to improve performance

n

What You Bring

n

Strong operational background and excellent time management

Hands‐on leadership style with energy and initiative

n

Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure

n

Tyre, mechanical or auto‐electrical experience (highly regarded)

n

Customer‐focused mindset and solid communication skills

n

Reports to: QLD State Manager Location: Molendinar, Gold Coast Hours: 7:00am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday
