About the Role

n

As a Senior Technician/Commissioning Technician you'll lead the configuration, integration and testing of our electronic security systems. This role may be fluid across both installation projects and service troubleshooting

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

Technical Responsibilities

n

Maintain, troubleshoot, and service security systems

n

Program and commission integrated electronic security systems

n

Configure and support CCTV, IP surveillance, access control, intercom, and intrusion detection systems

n

Install and commission network hardware and associated technologies

n

Prepare technical reports and service documentation

n

Desirable to have Gallagher Engineer experience

n

Project and Client Management

n

Liaise directly with clients and stakeholders

n

Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support

n

Assist with project planning and system design

n

Interpret architectural, mechanical, electrical, and security drawings

n

Prepare minor quotations and technical recommendations

n

Coordinate with subcontractors and project teams

n

Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications

n

Leadership

n

Mentor apprentices,



trainees, and junior technicians

n

Share technical knowledge and support team development

n

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business

n

Systems Experience (Highly Regarded)
