We're looking for an experienced and motivated Workshop Manager to lead our busy tyre and mechanical workshop. This is a hands‐on leadership role suited to someone with strong automotive industry experience, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for building high‐performing teams while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop.

n

Coordinate workflow, bookings, and job scheduling to maximise productivity and efficiency.

n

Lead, mentor, and develop workshop technicians and support staff.

n

Maintain high standards of workmanship, workplace safety, and customer service.

n

Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and the wider team.

n

Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

n

Monitor workshop performance, productivity, and profitability.

n

Foster a positive, accountable, and team‐focused workplace culture.

n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

n

Robust knowledge of the tyre and automotive industry.

n

Previous experience managing or leading a workshop, service department, or automotive team.

n

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

n

The ability to prioritise workloads and perform well in a fast‐paced workplace.

n

A customer‐first approach with solid problem‐solving and decision‐making abilities.

n





A current driver's licence.
