About The Role

We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to lead a designated section. You will execute premium dishes with precision while maintaining exceptional quality and portion control. Responsibilities

- Lead and manage your assigned section to deliver premium quality dishes consistently.

- Execute menu items with precision, focusing on presentation and portion control.

- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and senior team to uphold the culinary vision.

- Supervise and support junior team members, fostering efficiency and skilled growth.

- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and WH&S; standards.

Qualifications & Experience

- A formal qualification in Commercial Cookery is essential.
n
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a premium or fine dining setting.
n
- Strong knowledge of WH&S; regulations and a commitment to kitchen safety.

- A dedicated, creative mindset with a passion for culinary excellence.
