We're looking for a player-coach.

n

Someone who can personally estimate and win work while leading the sales team around them to perform.

n

This is not a desk‐based Sales Manager role.

n

You'll be the primary estimator for Gun Tiling, while taking ownership of sales performance across Gun Tiling, Gia's Renovations and Perth Tile Removal.

n

You'll spend plenty of time on the road meeting clients, builders and contractors, measuring and quoting projects — and plenty of time in the office estimating, reviewing pipeline, coaching the team and driving sales.

The Role

n

Your hands‐on role will predominantly be Gun Tiling estimating and sales, including:

n

- Attending up to six onsite quoting appointments per day on designated quoting days
n
- Measuring, scoping and pricing residential and commercial tiling projects
n
- Reading plans and completing take‐offs
n
- Preparing estimates and quotations
n
- Meeting clients, builders and contractors
n
- Following up, negotiating and closing opportunities
n
- Building relationships and repeat business
n

Alongside your own sales workload, you'll lead our broader Trade Services sales function:

n
- Gun Tiling – your own estimating plus oversight of simpler quotes through admin
n
- Gia's Renovations – lead our two‐person design/sales team
n
- Perth Tile Removal – oversee sales and quoting through administration
n

n

You'll own the sales targets, pipeline, conversion, follow‐up and performance of the team.

n





Completing your own quotes is important — but success in this role means getting the whole team performing.

n

Who We're Looking For

n

You could already be a Sales Manager, or you might be a high‐performing construction estimator or salesperson ready to step into leadership.

n

We're looking for someone with:

- Ability to read plans and complete take‐offs

- Solid sales and commercial instincts

- Confidence dealing with clients and builders
n
- The ability to negotiate and close
n
- High personal work capacity and organisation
n
- Leadership ability and confidence holding people accountable
n
- An understanding of sales targets, pipeline, conversion and gross margin
n

Tiling experience would be highly regarded, but strong candidates from construction, renovations, flooring, fit‐out or other trade backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
