How You’ll Shine?

- Assist guests with luggage, including transporting bags to and from rooms safely and efficiently
- Support the Front Office team with guest arrivals, departures, and general concierge-style assistance
- Greeting and registering of owners and guests
- Assist with valet parking processes
- Providing information to local area attractions, completion of all department related paperwork
- Using all communication equipment including telephones, facsimiles and computers

What You’ll Bring?

- Previous experience within a similar hotel position is highly regarded
- Valid drivers licence




- Ability to safely undertake manual handling tasks in line with Workplace Health & Safety requirements
- Previous experience with a PMS system (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera etc) advantageous
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays
- Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
- Robust interpersonal skills and immaculate presentation/professional grooming standards
