We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Data Insights Analyst to help turn raw data into meaningful business insights. This role is ideal for an entry-level professional who enjoys exploring data, identifying trends, creating reports and dashboards, and using evidence to support better business decisions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities.
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for internal teams and management.
- Build and maintain dashboards, charts, and data visualizations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight significant changes.
- Use SQL, spreadsheets, and analytical tools to investigate business questions.
- Translate analytical findings into clear and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product.
- Investigate data quality issues and help improve reporting accuracy.
- Maintain documentation for datasets, reports, dashboards, and analytical processes.
- Support data-driven projects and process-improvement initiatives.




- Present findings in a clear and easy-to-understand format to stakeholders.

? What We’re Looking For

- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of statistics, data analysis, and business KPIs.
- Strong analytical and logical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to identify patterns and communicate insights clearly.
- Solid problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new data tools and technologies.
