? The Role

We are looking for a curious and analytical Data Insights Analyst to analyze business data, identify trends, develop reports, and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders. You will work with cross-functional teams to support data-driven business decisions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and anomalies.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business stakeholders.
- Monitor KPIs and track business and operational performance.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc analytical reports.
- Use Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for data analysis.
- Translate complex data into clear and actionable business insights.
- Support forecasting, trend analysis, and performance measurement.
- Investigate data discrepancies and maintain data quality.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams.
- Present findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain analytical documentation and reporting processes.




- Identify opportunities to improve data workflows and reporting efficiency.
- Support data-driven projects and business improvement initiatives.

✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Understanding of data analysis, business intelligence, and analytical methodologies.
- Familiarity with Excel and SQL .
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, or similar tools is advantageous.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to learn new analytical tools and technologies.
- Australian work eligibility is required.
