Role Description This part-time Data Entry / Data Operations Associate (Entry-Level / Junior) role is a hybrid position based in New South Wales, Australia, with some flexibility to work from home. The role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining legal and administrative data in designated systems and databases. Day-to-day tasks include organizing datasets, verifying information against source documents, performing basic data checks, and supporting routine reporting needs.

The associate will assist in preparing structured data for analysis, maintaining clear records and logs, and coordinating with legal and administrative staff to ensure timely and precise data handling. The role also includes following standard operating procedures, safeguarding sensitive information, and supporting continuous improvement of data processes.

Qualifications

- Ability to work with data-related tasks, including Data Management and basic Data Entry in spreadsheets or databases.




- Solid Analytical Skills, with the capacity to interpret structured information and identify inconsistencies.
- Foundational understanding of Data Analysis and Data Analytics to support simple reporting and insights.
- Exposure to or interest in Data Modeling concepts and organized data structures.
- High attention to detail, accuracy in typing, and comfort working with confidential information.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email).
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with legal and administrative teams.
- Relevant coursework or a diploma/degree in data, statistics, law, public administration, or a related field is beneficial.
- Willingness to learn government procedures and adapt to defined protocols and timelines.
