We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Data Insights Analyst to turn raw data into clear insights that help teams make smarter decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys exploring numbers, identifying trends, building meaningful reports, and transforming complex information into practical recommendations.

? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Clean, validate, and prepare datasets for reporting and analysis.
- Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities within business data.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Monitor key performance indicators and highlight significant changes.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and data requests from different business teams.
- Translate analytical findings into clear summaries and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Sales, and other teams.
- Investigate data inconsistencies and assist with identifying root causes.
- Maintain documentation for datasets, dashboards, reports, and analytical processes.
- Suggest improvements to reporting workflows, data quality, and information accessibility.





? What We’re Looking For

- Basic proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Google Sheets .
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization platforms is a plus.
- Basic understanding of statistics, data analysis, and business performance metrics.
- Strong analytical thinking and numerical reasoning.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate data findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Comfortable learning new analytical tools and technologies.
- Organized approach to managing datasets, reports, and deadlines.
- Curious mindset with a genuine interest in discovering insights from data.
