Role Description The Data Insights Analyst (Entry / Junior) at RH MaiMai is a part-time, remote role focused on supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources, performing basic data analysis, and assisting in building reports and dashboards. The analyst will interpret trends and patterns, prepare clear summaries of findings, and collaborate with team members to present insights in an accessible way.

This role also involves documenting methodologies, maintaining data accuracy, and contributing to continuous improvement of analytics processes under the guidance of more senior analysts.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret and synthesize quantitative and qualitative information.
- Basic experience or training in Data Analytics, including working with spreadsheets, BI tools,



or databases.
- Understanding of core Statistics concepts relevant to analyzing data sets and validating insights.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings in explicit, concise language for diverse audiences.
- Exposure to or interest in Data Modeling, including structuring data for reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency with common data tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is an advantage).
- Strong attention to detail, curiosity about data, and a willingness to learn in a supportive environment.
- Relevant coursework or a degree in a quantitative, business, or related field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Economics) is preferred but not required.
