We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-driven Data Insights Analyst to uncover meaningful patterns within data and turn findings into clear business insights. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys investigating numbers, creating visual reports, asking thoughtful questions, and helping teams make informed decisions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Gather and organize data from multiple business and operational sources.
- Clean, validate, and prepare datasets for analysis.
- Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, relationships, and unusual changes.
- Create dashboards, visualizations, reports, and analytical summaries.
- Track business metrics and highlight important performance movements.
- Support teams with ad-hoc analysis and data-driven requests.
- Turn analytical findings into concise insights and practical recommendations.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other departments.
- Investigate data discrepancies and help identify possible underlying causes.
- Maintain accurate documentation for reports, datasets, dashboards, and workflows.
- Assist with improving reporting processes, data quality,



and analytical efficiency.

? What We’re Looking For

- Basic proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Google Sheets .
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of statistics, KPIs, and data analysis concepts.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret information and communicate findings clearly.
- Robust problem-solving and investigative mindset.
- Comfortable working with structured and unstructured data.
- Willingness to learn new analytical tools and technologies.
