As we continue to grow, we are looking for a hands-on Data Centre Technician to join our operations team and support the day-to-day management of critical infrastructure environments. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with next-generation AI infrastructure and enterprise-grade hardware within a quick-paced, high-growth technology company.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Install, configure and maintain data centre hardware including servers, storage systems, networking equipment and racks
- Perform structured cabling works across copper and fibre infrastructure to industry standards
- Support rack and stack deployments, hardware upgrades, migrations and decommissioning activities
- Monitor systems and respond to operational alerts, incidents and service requests
- Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity and infrastructure-related issues
- Support high-performance compute and AI infrastructure environments
- Maintain accurate documentation including layouts, asset registers and operational procedures
- Conduct routine inspections across power, cooling, airflow and physical infrastructure systems
- Follow change management and operational governance processes aligned to ITIL practices
- Work collaboratively with engineers, vendors and operational stakeholders to ensure service reliability and uptime

What We’re Looking For





- Proven experience working within live data centre or critical infrastructure environments
- Strong hands-on knowledge of server hardware, structured cabling and networking concepts
- Experience with fibre and copper cabling installation, testing and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with switching, routing and enterprise infrastructure environments
- Understanding of PDUs, UPS systems and cooling infrastructure
- Strong problem-solving capability and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes and service management principles
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, ITIL or similar are highly regarded

Desirable Qualifications

- CompTIA Server+, Network+ or similar infrastructure certifications
- ITIL Foundation certification or exposure to structured IT service management environments
- Experience working within enterprise, hyperscale or high-performance compute data centre environments
- Exposure to DCIM tools, monitoring platforms or infrastructure management systems
- Basic scripting or automation knowledge (e.g. PowerShell, Python) is advantageous
- Experience supporting GPU infrastructure or AI-related compute environments will be highly regarded
