Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Data Analyst supporting industrial and energy-related projects.
The Data
Analyst will collect, clean, and structure operational, financial, and process data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and consistency. Day-to-day tasks include building dashboards and reports, performing statistical analyses, and developing data models to support process simulation, feasibility studies, and energy efficiency assessments. The role involves translating analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for engineers and stakeholders, contributing to data-driven decisions that improve efficiency, sustainability, and project performance.
The Data
Analyst will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, participating in regular virtual meetings and documentation of methodologies and results.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities for interpreting industrial and energy-related datasets.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Statistics and Data Modeling to support feasibility studies, forecasting, and process optimization.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Excel, BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau) is highly beneficial.
- Background in engineering, data science, applied mathematics, or a related field; ongoing studies or a completed degree are valued.
- Understanding of industrial processes, energy efficiency, or sustainability topics is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines reliably.
- Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish or Italian is beneficial for collaboration with international teams.
