Job Summary This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in developing user guides, delivering training, and supporting knowledge transfer across payroll teams. As a Dayforce Payroll SME, you will contribute directly to the successful rollout and optimisation of the Dayforce payroll system. This role is a 6-month fixed term contract, with a view to become permanent.

Your Activities

- Support and coordinate parallel testing activities to ensure all payroll components are accurately tested, documented and confirmed prior to go-live
- System configuration validation
- Payroll calculation testing
- End-to-end process verification
- Data migrations
- Training end users
- System troubleshooting




- Train the payroll team and support readiness activities leading up to go-live

Your Profile
- 5+ years' experience using the Dayforce payroll system
- Ability to train staff on the Dayforce application
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and remote teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Ability to remain hands-on while driving testing activities

What we're looking for: A Dayforce Payroll System SME with hands-on experience upskilling payroll teams, high-volume ANZ BAU payroll processing, supporting Dayforce implementations, and leading parallel testing cycles.
