We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Day Program Team Leader to join our team and lead the delivery of meaningful, engaging, and person-centred programs that support participants to achieve their goals and build greater independence.

The Day Program Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of support staff, coordinating daily activities, ensuring quality service delivery, and creating a protected, inclusive, and positive environment where participants can learn new skills, connect with the community, and enjoy meaningful experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support the day program team to deliver high-quality participant-focused services
- Coordinate daily activities, programs, and community participation opportunities
- Ensure activities align with participants’ goals, interests, abilities, and NDIS plans
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to team members
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all participants




- Monitor service quality, documentation, incident reporting, and compliance requirements
- Build positive relationships with participants, families, support coordinators, and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve participant experiences and program outcomes

About You:

- Experience in disability services, community programs, or NDIS environments
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Passion for supporting people with disabilities to achieve their goals
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to develop creative and meaningful activities
- Understanding of person-centred practice and NDIS service delivery
