This role is not for an average accountant. We are looking for a high-performing automotive accounting skilled who wants more than just another dealership administration role.

Our group represents brands like Nissan, Hyundai, Suzuki, LDV, MG, GAC, JAC Motors, Isuzu UTE, GWM, Geely, Mahindra and KGM SsangYong, alongside one of Brisbane’s largest used vehicle operations.

Due to continued growth and internal expansion, we are searching for an experienced Dealership Accountant who can operate in a fast-moving, high-volume environment and become a key part of our corporate finance team.

We are specifically looking for someone commercially minded who understands that dealership accounting is about supporting performance, protecting profitability and driving operational discipline — not simply producing reports. What You’ll Be Responsible For

- End-to-end accounting responsibilities for allocated franchises and departments
- Manufacturer reporting and OEM reconciliations
- Management accounts and financial analysis




- Balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations
- Assisting with BAS, FBT and compliance requirements
- End-of-month and end-of-year reporting processes
- Monitoring cash flow, expenses and operational financial performance
- Producing timely reporting for senior leadership
- Supporting continuous improvement across finance and administration functions
- Working closely with operational management to ensure strong financial controls
