SparX Lab is a fast-growing dental laboratory based in Parramatta, home to a team of 50+ technicians who craft all dental appliances under one roof. We're known for our vibrant splints, hands-on lab culture, and a genuine commitment to precision ensuring every client, and every patient, walks away happy.

Position: Acrylic Technician

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently produce dentures from start to finish
- Support end-to-end case production
- Pour impressions, fit dentures, and trim and finish to a high standard
- Read and interpret dentist prescriptions accurately
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot technical challenges and refine techniques
- Work cooperatively with fellow technicians to deliver outstanding prosthetics

About You:

- Minimum 3+ years' experience as a dental technician
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management




- Able to thrive both independently and within a team environment
- A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and improve techniques
- Enthusiasm for variety, growth, and a positive team culture
