This is a part-time/casual role based in our modern solo chair practice in Teneriffe, Queensland.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment for dental procedures
- Dental reception- THIS IS A MUST
- Assisting dentists during examinations and treatments
- Ensuring the dental operatory is clean, organized and fully stocked
- Greeting and welcoming patients, and escorting them to the treatment area
- Providing patients with instructions and answering their questions
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Supporting the dental team with various administrative tasks as needed
What we're looking for
- Previous EXPERIENCE as a Dental receptionist/Assistant is a MUST.
- Should be able to handle DENTAL RECEPTION.
- Minimum 6 months of dental reception experience is required.
- An ideal candidate would be experienced in dental assisting, reception and stock taking.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and the dental team
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with dental equipment, instruments and sterilisation procedures
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and customer service
- Work 3-4 FIXED DAYS A WEEK- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday- 22.5 + hours a week.
- Australian work rights are required for this position.
