Senior Commercial Finance / FP&A; Manager

Shotland Consulting has been exclusively engaged to recruit a senior finance leadership role, reporting directly to the Group CFO, of a large, diversified property organisation based in Sydney's CBD.

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Oversee commercial reporting, analysis, insights, budgeting and forecasting for one of the group's divisions, namely - Investment Management.
n
- Continuously improve the reports in response to stakeholder requests as well as improve the underlying process to create efficiencies and automation.
n
- Provide strategic insights including risks and opportunities for revenue growth and expense management, scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis
n
- Foster, develop and support relationships with the divisional heads of each business within the investment management group
n




- Manage and optimise valuations of the divisions assets
n
- Lead and manage three direct reports as well as demonstrate leadership across the broader finance team to foster solid team culture, high performance and business impact
n
- Support the CFO with managing Treasury including debt facilities and compliance
n
