Job Description

THE ICONIC in Sydney seeks an Associate Director for Customer Operations & Transformation to lead a high-performing, AI-enabled function. You will shape the operating model, drive efficiency, and deliver customer outcomes across THE ICONIC and GFG regional entities.

Reporting to the Chief Customer and Marketing Officer, you will partner with executive leaders to optimize service delivery, production operations, and vendor ecosystems, while advancing AI-enabled processes at scale.
