Immediate start! Creative Activation is on the lookout for superstar retail merchandisers to join our dedicated team for our client, Coles, as part of the CRT team.

Merchandising experience preferred however, the right attitude is essential! You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as planograms/relays, point of sale set-up, pricing, and ticketing.

If you are an independent and driven individual with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively, we want to hear from you!

Job location

We are looking for a support merchandiser in Kurralta Park, St Clair, Glenelg and other surrounding stores.

Working hours

Up to 20 hours per week (average 10 hours per week). Hours vary depending on business needs and are not limited to one store. Flexibility is required across Monday to Friday with Tuesday and Wednesday essential days.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to:

- Be self-motivated, adaptable, and resourceful
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be able to lift up to 15kg
- Have flexible availability on weekdays
- Available to work Fridays

Key Responsibilities

- Developing strong relationships with Grocery personnel
- Creating and maintaining quality relays/planograms in stores
- Pricing and ticketing compliance
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone
- Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will have:

- Planogram experience in a grocery/retail setting (not essential)
- Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
- Experience working within the Coles Group is highly regarded
- Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
