The Role

n

We are looking for a Part time Complex Support Worker, who are passionate about a client-centered approach to care. The Support Worker ensures safe, high-quality care for our clients with additional needs, through direct management and complex support.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Providing personal care and daily living support
n
- Asisting clients that use mechanical devices for mobility
n
- Assisting clients to stay active, independent and engaged in the community
n
- Helping with transport, social activities and appointments
n
- Delivering care with dignity, respect and kindness
n
- Supporting clients with 24/7 care needs, including overnight shifts
n

Hourly rate $32.61 - $37.68, 12% Superannuation, casual loading

- $1.01 cents per km when driving to our locations

What we're looking for:

- Minimum year experience in Home Care and/or Aged Care
n
- Overnight shifts available and PM shifts
n
- Unlimited working rights, we do not sponsor
n
- Certificate III in Support Work - Mandatory
n
- NDIS Background
n
- Complex Care Experience
n
- Current First Aid & CPR
n
- Current Driver's License & reliable vehicle
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (willing to obtain)
