Arisit Australia & Current Zealand is seeking a standalone People & Culture Manager to lead the people, safety, and culture agenda across the business, with support from the parent HR team in Sydney. This is a maximum term contract for up to 12 months, with on-site parking and a hybrid work arrangement (1 day per week).
You will partner with leaders, drive culture change, lead recruitment and payroll support, and help implement a new HRIS while aligning with Modern Awards and Fair Work
