As a Desktop Building Estimator, you will:

- Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication, relationship building, and conflict resolution.
- Estimate, schedule, and supervise trades remotely.
- Coordinate make-safes and review reports for insurers with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with trades to ensure observations and actions are communicated effectively via photos and written reports.

What We’re Looking For:

- Cert III in Carpentry (Highly regarded)




- Estimating Experience: A background in residential construction estimating is essential.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, repair management systems, and mobile devices with the ability to quickly learn current systems.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to create, read, and interpret scopes of work with accuracy.
- Organisational Skills: Exceptional time management and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Team Player: Proactive, driven, and committed to being part of a successful, KPI-oriented team.
