DIDO from Gladstone

We are currently seeking experienced Grader and Dozer Operators to join an established civil crew working on a major bulk earthworks project.

Multiple positions are available for operators with strong GPS and Final Trim experience, with the ability to final trim on either a Grader or Dozer.

Positions Available

- Grader Operators: $80–$85/hr flat rate
- Dozer Operators: $70/hr flat rate

Requirements

- Proven experience operating Graders or Dozers in civil construction
- Demonstrated GPS and Final Trim capability
- Ability to confidently perform final trim work on your nominated machine
- Relevant civil earthworks experience and tickets
- Ability to work effectively within a large civil construction crew
- Available for an immediate start
- Willingness to work a 15/6 DIDO roster from Gladstone

Pay & Conditions

- Grader: $80–$85/hr flat rate
- Dozer: $70/hr flat rate
- 15/6 roster
- Meals and accommodation provided
