About the role

This role will focus on analysing customer and business data, monitoring KPIs, identifying trends and performance opportunities, and preparing dashboards and forecasts to support business commercial and marketing strategies.

This is a full time position offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and results-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

· Evaluate customer engagement, retention and transaction patterns to support commercial and marketing strategies;

· Prepare customer insight reports covering key KPIs, seasonal trends, business performance and actionable recommendations for management;

· Develop KPI dashboards, automated Excel reports and recurring reporting solutions to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency;

· Analyse customer, financial and operational data across business segments to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities;

· Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of digital marketing campaigns;

· Work closely with other internal teams to develop data-driven marketing strategies;

· Assist with forecasting, budgeting and performance planning, including analysis of financial and payment transactions;





· Provide recommendations to improve customer acquisition, engagement and retention;

· Maintain data accuracy and integrity across marketing analytics and reporting platforms.

Skills and experience The successful candidate will ideally have:

· Relevant professional experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related field;

· At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing analytics or a similar role;

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

· Experience working with digital analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, SAP, Looker Studio or similar platforms;

· Experience with data visualisation and reporting;

· Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable business recommendations;

· Solid written and verbal communication skills.
