Role DescriptionWe are seeking a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist to support the planning, execution, measurement, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives. The role combines digital marketing strategy with performance analytics to improve audience engagement, campaign effectiveness, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities include managing digital campaigns, analyzing customer and channel data, monitoring KPIs, developing performance reports, conducting market and competitor research, and identifying opportunities for optimization. You will work across channels such as search, social media, email, content, and paid advertising while translating data into actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking, digital marketing knowledge, creativity, and commercial awareness.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Analytics, Communications, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign management, customer journeys,



and performance measurement.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret campaign, customer, and web performance data.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, social media marketing, email marketing, conversion optimization, and marketing analytics.
- Ability to develop meaningful KPIs, dashboards, reports, and data-driven recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Creative and curious mindset with an interest in emerging digital platforms, technologies, and consumer trends.
- Robust organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, adaptable, commercially minded, and committed to continuous learning and performance improvement.
