About the role

This is a hands-on role that combines strategy, creativity, performance marketing and client communication. You'll wear a lot of hats, work across a variety of clients and have the opportunity to get involved in different areas of digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

- Create, manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance across Meta and GA4
- Create, manage and optimise multiple Google Ads accounts according to each client's specific goals
- Create engaging, well-designed email marketing campaigns and newsletters for multiple clients using platforms such as Mailchimp and MailerLite
- Assist with social media content planning, reels and posts across our diverse client base
- Create short-form video, graphics and other content for use across social media and digital advertising using tools such as Canva, CapCut and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Build strong, positive relationships with clients across a range of industries
- Help clients understand what we're doing, why we're doing it and how it is contributing to their business goals
- Be comfortable jumping on client calls, presenting ideas and explaining results in plain English not industry jargon

About you

- 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, with strong hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimisation, reporting and performance analysis




- Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns
- Experience working across multiple client accounts and confidently managing competing priorities and deadlines
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital analytics, including Instagram, Facebook and Google Analytics/GA4
- Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- An excellent eye for branding, design aesthetics and engaging content
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive team player who is willing to put their hand up, contribute ideas and learn current skills
