Director / Associate Director — Funds Management & Treasury An established and rapid-growing alternative real estate private credit manager is building out its funds management function, and is looking for a senior operator to lead it.

This is a newly shaped role, created as the business moves from deal-by-deal investing toward a genuinely institutional funds platform. It's a rare chance to own how the funds are built, run and governed — rather than inherit someone else's system.

The role

You'll lead the day-to-day of the platform and sit at the centre of the investment process — no deal gets done without your sign-off. It's hands-on and strategic in equal measure, with a small team to build and develop underneath you.

You'll

- Lead portfolio construction and capital allocation across the funds and investment vehicles
- Own the treasury, liquidity and cash management of the funds
- Drive product structuring and design — how the funds and products are built, researched and rated
- Put in the institutional scaffolding: allocation and conflicts policies, governance,



DDQs and IC/Board reporting
- Manage trustees, administrators, custodians and other service providers
- Support the launch of new funds, products and mandates as the platform scales

What you'll bring

- 5–10+ years in funds management, private credit or a related investment business
- Genuine strength in portfolio construction and in how products and funds are structured
- Comfort across the operational and governance side of running funds
- An understanding of real estate and construction/development lending (desirable)
- The maturity to build process and lift a growing business onto an institutional footing
